WHAT THE $59 SERVICE INCLUDES
• Preliminary review of your item photos, material, dimensions and artwork
• Project setup and compatibility testing on approved customer-supplied samples
• Return shipping for both submitted samples
• A written test result and production recommendation
HOW IT WORKS
1. Purchase this service.
2. Submit your item details, photos and artwork using the instructions provided after checkout.
3. Wait for written approval and mailing instructions.
4. If approved, ship two matching samples to TrestleCo at your expense. We test the item and return both samples.
REFUNDS AND PRODUCTION CREDIT
• If we determine from your submitted information—before you ship—that the item is not a suitable candidate, you receive a $49 refund. TrestleCo retains a $10 professional review fee.
• If an approved item is physically tested and proves incompatible, both samples are returned and you receive a $30 refund. TrestleCo retains $29 for setup, labor, materials, payment processing and return shipping.
• If the test is successful, there is no cash refund. You receive a $25 credit toward your first production printing order of $150 or more, excluding shipping. The credit is valid for 60 days.
IMPORTANT
Do not mail samples until TrestleCo provides written approval and shipping instructions. The customer pays to ship samples to TrestleCo; return shipping is included in the $59 service. This is a setup-and-testing service, not a per-item production printing price.
