Shipping policy

TrestleCo provides custom printing services on customer-supplied items. We do not sell or supply blank jars, bottles, containers, boxes, lids, or other products.

Before You Ship
Do not mail or deliver items until TrestleCo has reviewed your project, confirmed that it may be suitable for testing, and provided shipping instructions. Unapproved shipments might be refused or returned at the sender's expense. We do not offer local pickup or drop-off.

Shipping Items to TrestleCo
Customers are responsible for securely packaging their items and paying the cost of shipping them to TrestleCo. We recommend using a tracked and insured service appropriate for the value and fragility of the shipment. TrestleCo is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs before the shipment is delivered to us.

Project Setup & Two-Item Print Test
The $59 setup and testing fee includes standard return shipping for both customer-supplied samples. Both samples are returned, including samples with unsuccessful test prints. Testing may leave permanent marks.

Production Orders
Return shipping for production quantities is calculated from the final package weight, dimensions, destination, and available carrier rates. The shipping charge will be shown on the Shopify invoice or checkout link before payment. Production-order return shipping is not included in the per-item printing price unless the written quote specifically says otherwise.

Processing and Delivery
Turnaround estimates begin after we receive the items, approved artwork and proof, and required payment. Estimates are not guarantees. Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, and other events outside TrestleCo's control can affect delivery.
