Production-order shipping is separate. Start with the free preliminary review before paying or shipping anything. If your item looks suitable, we email the $59 Packaging Compatibility & Test Print payment link and shipping instructions. The $59 covers setup and testing; it is not a per-item production price. If testing succeeds, standard return shipping for both test samples within the continental United States is included in the $59 fee. If physical compatibility testing fails, the refund is $30 minus the actual cost of return shipping for both samples, with a minimum refund of $0. If return shipping costs $30 or more, the refund is $0 and there is no additional shipping charge. For a subsequent production printing order, the customer pays shipping to TrestleCo and return shipping back to them. Production-order shipping is separate from the $59 testing fee.

Do you supply the jars, bottles or boxes?
No. TrestleCo is a printing service for customer-supplied items. You provide every jar, bottle, lid, container or box you want printed. The examples on our website show printing possibilities, not packaging for sale.
Can you print on my item?
Every item is different. Submit the free preliminary review with the material, dimensions, shape, print area, expected quantity, photos and artwork. If it looks suitable, we email a $59 Shopify payment link and shipping instructions. A physical test determines compatibility; the preliminary review is not a guarantee.
How does the sample test work?
The preliminary item review is free. After written approval, the customer pays $59 for the physical compatibility test, supplies two identical, empty, clean samples and pays inbound shipping. TrestleCo tests one sample and returns both.
What does the $59 test fee include?
After preliminary approval, the fee covers basic sizing and placement of ready-to-print artwork, printer setup, compatibility testing on one of two matching customer-supplied items. If testing succeeds, standard return shipping for both test samples within the continental United States is included in the $59 fee. If testing succeeds, the $59 fee is nonrefundable. If physical compatibility testing fails, the refund is $30 minus the actual cost of return shipping for both samples, with a minimum refund of $0. If return shipping costs $30 or more, the refund is $0 and there is no additional shipping charge. It includes one small design, one item type and one print location. New artwork, ingredient-list rebuilding, extra print locations and production printing are quoted separately.
What happens if you cannot print my item?
If the item does not look suitable during the free preliminary review, you do not pay or ship anything. If physical compatibility testing fails, the refund is $30 minus the actual cost of return shipping for both samples, with a minimum refund of $0. TrestleCo retains $29 of the original $59 testing fee, plus the return-shipping cost deducted from the $30 refund. If return shipping costs $30 or more, the refund is $0 and there is no additional shipping charge.
Will I receive a credit if the test succeeds?
A successful test qualifies for a $25 credit toward your first production printing order of $150 or more, excluding shipping, within 60 days after successful test results are sent. The $150 threshold qualifies the order for the credit; it is not a minimum order requirement.
How does sample shipping work?
Wait for written approval, the $59 payment link and shipping instructions. After payment, you arrange and pay to ship two approved samples to TrestleCo. If testing succeeds, standard return shipping for both test samples within the continental United States is included in the $59 fee. If physical compatibility testing fails, the refund is $30 minus the actual cost of return shipping for both samples, with a minimum refund of $0. If return shipping costs $30 or more, the refund is $0 and there is no additional shipping charge. We operate by shipping only, with no local pickup or drop-off.
Do you return both samples, even if testing is unsuccessful?
Yes. Both items are returned, including the test piece and any unsuccessful test print. Testing may leave permanent marks, and two finished-quality samples are not guaranteed. If physical compatibility testing fails, the refund is $30 minus the actual cost of return shipping for both samples, with a minimum refund of $0. If return shipping costs $30 or more, the refund is $0 and there is no additional shipping charge.
What logo file should I upload?
A vector SVG or print-ready PDF is preferred. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background can also be useful. Send the original artwork when possible, rather than a screenshot. We review file quality, size and print suitability before production; uploading a file does not automatically make it print-ready.
What if I do not have my artwork ready?
Email trestlecoprinting@gmail.com or submit the free review before starting the paid test. We can explain the accepted formats and let you know whether artwork preparation would need a separate quote.
What will my production order cost, and how long will it take?
For orders of 50 or more, production printing starts at $1.50 per item for a small, simple logo in one print location on approved, customer-supplied items. Orders of 1–49 items, larger designs, ingredient lists and additional print locations are quoted individually. For a subsequent production printing order, the customer pays shipping to TrestleCo and return shipping back to them. Production-order shipping is separate from the $59 testing fee. Final pricing and timing depend on the item, material, print area, artwork, quantity and test result.
Do I approve the design before printing?
Yes. You review the artwork placement, quantity and pricing before production begins. We also discuss the test result and any limitations of your item.
Can I pick up or drop off my order locally?
No. We operate by shipping only and do not offer local pickup or drop-off. We coordinate sample and production-order shipping with you.
What if I need to cancel?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. A cancellation may be approved before artwork preparation, setup, testing or production begins. Setup fees and printing services already started or completed are nonrefundable for cancellation purposes. This cancellation rule does not override the separate failed-test refund calculation ($30 minus return shipping, with a $0 minimum and no additional shipping charge) when physical compatibility testing proves an approved item incompatible.
