How It Works
1. Start with a free item review
Tell us your item type, material, dimensions, quantity, desired print area and needed-by date. Include a clear photo or product link and your artwork if available. You supply every item. No payment or shipping is needed until we approve your item for testing.
2. Receive approval and pay $59
If your item appears suitable, we’ll email you a Shopify payment link and packing instructions. The $59 Packaging Compatibility & Test Print covers basic artwork sizing and placement, printer setup, physical testing for one small design on one item type in one print location. If testing succeeds, standard return shipping for both test samples within the continental United States is included. If testing fails, return shipping is deducted from the $30 refund, with a $0 minimum refund and no additional shipping charge. Additional artwork work or print locations are quoted before work begins.
3. Send two matching samples
After payment, ship two identical, empty, clean samples of the exact item and finish you plan to use. You arrange and pay for inbound shipping. Do not ship anything until you receive written approval and instructions from TrestleCo.
4. Review your test results
We test one sample, document the result and return both samples. We’ll explain any limitations involving print size, placement, color or adhesion. Testing may leave permanent marks and does not guarantee two finished-quality pieces. If physical compatibility testing fails, the refund is $30 minus the actual cost of return shipping for both samples, with a minimum refund of $0. TrestleCo retains $29 of the original $59 testing fee, plus the return-shipping cost deducted from the $30 refund. If return shipping costs $30 or more, the refund is $0 and there is no additional shipping charge. If testing succeeds, the $59 fee is nonrefundable.
5. Approve your production order
If you choose to proceed, we prepare a production quote based on the item, quantity, artwork, handling and print coverage. A successful test qualifies for a $25 credit toward your first production printing order of $150 or more, excluding shipping, within 60 days after successful test results are sent. There is no obligation to place a production order.
For a subsequent production printing order, the customer pays shipping to TrestleCo and return shipping back to them. Production-order shipping is separate from the $59 testing fee.

Production pricing and timing
Orders of 50 or more start at $1.50 per item for a small, simple logo in one print location on approved, customer-supplied items. Orders of 1–49 items, larger designs, ingredient lists and additional print locations are quoted individually. Setup/testing and production-order shipping are separate. We confirm price and timing before production begins.

TrestleCo does not sell or supply jars, bottles, containers, lids or boxes. No local pickup or drop-off is available. Print durability varies by material and coating; follow the care guidance provided with your test.
