How It Works
1. Start with a free item review
Tell us your item type, material, dimensions, quantity, desired print area and needed-by date. Include a photo or product link and your artwork if available. You supply every item. No payment or shipping is needed until we approve your item for testing.
2. Approve the setup and shipping quote
The $59 Project Setup & Print Test covers basic sizing and placement of ready-to-print artwork, printer setup and compatibility testing for one small design, one item type and one print location. It is a setup-and-testing fee, not a per-item printing price. Additional artwork work or print locations are quoted separately before work starts.
We confirm payment details, packing instructions and the separate return-shipping quote before you send anything. You arrange and pay for inbound shipping. We arrange return shipping; a prepaid return label is welcome but optional. Any postage adjustment is confirmed with you first.
3. Send two matching samples
After approval, send two identical, empty, clean samples of the exact item and finish you plan to use. We review your artwork, prepare the setup and test printing on your supplied material. An initial item review does not guarantee that the physical print test will succeed.
4. Review your test results
We explain the results and any limitations involving print size, placement, color or adhesion. Both items are returned, including the test piece and any unsuccessful prints. Testing may leave permanent marks and does not guarantee two finished-quality pieces. The setup-and-test fee pays for the work performed even if the material proves unsuitable.
5. Approve your production order
If you choose to proceed, review the artwork placement, quantity and final production quote before printing begins. Receive a $25 credit toward your first production order of $150 or more in printing charges, before the credit and excluding shipping. The $150 threshold qualifies an order for the credit; it is not a minimum order requirement. There is no obligation to place a production order.
Production pricing and timing
50+ items: starting at $1.50 per item for a small, simple logo in one print location on approved, customer-supplied items. Orders of 1–49 items, larger designs, ingredient lists and additional print locations are quoted individually. Setup/testing and shipping are separate. We confirm the price and schedule before production; a requested date is not a confirmed deadline.
Customer-supplied items · Shipping only
We do not sell or supply jars, bottles, containers, lids or boxes. No local pickup or drop-off is available. Print durability varies by material and coating; follow the care guidance provided with your test.
